If like me sometimes you have trouble sleeping here are some possible reasons why

A Sleep Disorder
In cases of sleep apnea, the throat is blocked during sleep, preventing sufficient air flow to the lungs. The blockage may be caused by the relaxation of the throat muscles, too much fatty tissue in the throat--an obesity-related problem--or a naturally small airway. The condition leads people to snore as well as temporarily stop breathing during sleep, causing them to momentarily awaken.

Environment
Whether we're just born that way or it's a side effect of insomnia, some of us are more sensitive to noise at night than others. The temperature of your bedroom can also have an impact on how many winks you get. It's also believed to be better to have a cool rather than warm bedroom. Some studies have shown that it's the cooling off effect you experience after drinking warm milk or taking a warm bath that helps you feel sleepy.

Too Much Napping
You may think you're doing yourself a favor by taking a nap after a restless night's sleep. Think again. Experts say that napping during the day decreases your overall drive for sleep, which builds throughout the day, and may make it more difficult for you to fall asleep at night.

Late Night Eating
Eat a big meal before bedtime and you're asking for a restless night's sleep. Your body may be too focused on metabolizing your meal to relax. If the meal happened to be a big plate of pasta you could wind up waking up hungry in the middle of the night. Experts recommend eating snacks throughout the day so you don't overload at dinner and making sure you don't hit the hay until at least three hours after dinner.

Staying In Bed
If you're trying to sleep but having no luck, do yourself a favor and get out of bed. People tend to think that by sticking it out in bed, rather than getting up and doing something, they at least have a chance of falling asleep. But lingering can increase performance anxiety. After a while you may begin to associate lying in bed with your struggle to fall asleep rather than a restful snooze.

Depression And Anxiety
It's estimated that 40% to 50% of people with insomnia also have depression or an anxiety disorder. New research out of the Centers of Pediatric Sleep Disorders at the University of Rome La Sapienza shows the connection is present in children, too. A study looking at more than 100 children ages 7 to 11 who had a major depressive disorder and 200 of their healthy peers showed that 82% of the depressed, medication-free children had trouble sleeping, vs. 5% of the control group.

Too Busy
A hectic daily schedule can wreak havoc on your ability to get a good night's sleep, particularly if you don't make time to decompress for a half hour or an hour before climbing into bed. Most people need to spend some time processing what's happened during the day and planning for the next to help them wind down.

I have used You tube a lot of time as I'm sure most of you have but I never thought of posting any videos of my own until a little while ago I was watching American Idol and just before I had watched the Life action Alvin and the chipmunks movie so thought I would make my own Video for You tube So using some software I have called Crazy talk I made an Alvin the Chipmunk Audition I took a picture of Alvin and took and made him sing using Crazy Talk The song is a Young Micheal Jackson singing the Jackson 5's - I'll be there with the pitch raised to sound like the Chipmunks.
then I added clips from American Idol for the Audition watch and find out what Simon, Paula and Randy think.

I Made it because I was a bit board but I hope you like it if you do I might do the full version of the song with Simon and Theodore soon

Do Not East Aside Negative Emotions. Fear, anger, sadness, even envy is there for a reason. Explore it, leran from it, emerge from it. Go to a therapist if needed. Have a constructive talk with people you resent. For me, we should act our emotions, including negative ones, so we dont end up acting out destructively. Do not afraid to let go of destrucitve relationships. Holding on just makes it worse.
Consciously chose to have positive thoughts, emotions, and actions.Our bodies are living testimonies of our choices. What we think, what we feel, and what we do shape not only our lives but also our bodies. A healthy mindset should be part of our healthy diet. Junk foods leads to poor health, poor beliefs, attitudes, and behaviour which eventually reflect in our bodies. The most visible sign your posture. Be mindful of how your posture changes with changes in thoughts and emotions. More importantly, be aware of how you think and feel when you consciously change your posture. You'd be surprised!

What's going on here, ,I haven’t been up to much lately, I have been busy at work, home, life in general. And sometimes, i just felt and sit in to watch pinoy big brother season 2, cool eh? I quite like that program now, i find it funny especially that ethel booba was inside the house, she maybe pasaway sometimes, but she hold the strength of the group., I'm sad to know when gaby have to leave the house for her to attend the international seminar for the car race. Well for me i think she made the right decesion, ,She is the only Filipina who competed in the full season of the series and her efforts to a 1^st Runner-up placing in the Philippine National Formula championship well anyways, tonight i tried to register in pbb website for onlive voting, this week eviction nominees are ethel, megan and baron., i prefer really to vote online because it saves money, lol than txt..i want to give my vote to save BB13, ETHEL..

Wish you had the time to leisurely prepare your lunch? Before dialling for delivery or queuing to take out, try these simple, helathy dishes you can ready in 30 min~tops

2 cheese squares
1 pc large potato
1 pc large tomato, thinly sliced
1 egg
1/4 ground chicken
lettuce
cucumber, thinly sliced
oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste
ketchup
4 slices whole~grain wheat bread
Boil potato until tender, peel, mash.

Add ground chicken, salt and pepper, and egg.
Form into two square patties and fry both sides until cook through.
To assemble the sandwich, start with the chicken at the bottom and work your way up with the cheese, lettuce, tomato and cucumber slices.
Add a dallop of ketchup.
Makes two sandwiches.

I found a new way of getting myself new clothes at least virtually , If you really want a new dress but can't really afford it, all you need to do is cut your head off and stick on the dress:-) Just did it in paint shop pro, I found some found some dresses in Internet, As you see, the head don't look right on the dress its just a quick job and its fun to do, so Who says that the camera doesn't lie, its one thing give you an ideal what dresses might suit you without going on the changing rooms to fit them on. probably never buy either of the dresses in real life, I'm embarrassed to show off that much of my cleavage but as its not my body, i suppose there is not much to be ashamed..In the future it would really nice to get an elegant dress to wear them on whenever there is a posh occasion.
