The last installment of the travelling pants series hits bookstores this summer as Carmen, Lena, Bridget and Tibby go for "one last, glorious summer". Now in college, the four friends spend another summer in ( turkey, an acting camp, and their respective universities) discovering more things about who they are and dealing with more grown~up problems. From the initial reviews, not everyone is counting this installment as their favorite one but most are glad about how Brashares ended the series with the magic of friendship (and pants)connecting four girls.

What if one day you wake up and discover you have super powers? This is the premise of the hit drama series Heroes, where across the globe , different ordinary people are suddenly learning they have extraordinary abilities. A young nurse(Milo Ventimiglia of Gilmore Girls Fame) who is convinced he can fly, a high school cheerleader who learns she is totally indestructible, a gifted artist who can paint the future, a cop who can hear people's thoughts, and a young man in japan who can stop time through sheer will power are just some of them. It's like X~Men on the tube and just as fun to watch as tV's newest superheroes go from saving the cheerleader to saving the world.
