- 2 cheese squares
- 1 pc large potato
- 1 pc large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 ground chicken
- lettuce
- cucumber, thinly sliced
- oil for frying
- salt and pepper to taste
- ketchup
- 4 slices whole~grain wheat bread
- Boil potato until tender, peel, mash.
Form into two square patties and fry both sides until cook through.
To assemble the sandwich, start with the chicken at the bottom and work your way up with the cheese, lettuce, tomato and cucumber slices.
Add a dallop of ketchup.
Makes two sandwiches.
